RankWeld provides digital marketing services for contractors including website design, SEO, Google Ads management, review management, CRM, and related services as described in your selected plan.

2. Billing

Services are billed monthly. There are no setup fees or long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice.

3. Ownership

You own all content, data, and assets created as part of your marketing plan. This includes your website code, written content, images, and analytics data. Upon cancellation, all assets are transferred to you.

4. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms (Google, Stripe, etc.). Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Ad spend on Google Ads is paid directly by you and is not included in our monthly fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

RankWeld provides marketing services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. Results vary based on market conditions, competition, and other factors outside our control.
